If you take a look at our "About HumDrum" page you will see the following line:
"HumDrum has three main aims: to bring under-performed works into the area; to present familiar works in a new or unusual manner and to develop the artisic skills of its members."
This is not just an idle claim, it is something we take very seriously. We may be an "amateur" company, but we have a very professional ethic and passion for the theatre. We're made up of people who have been working in the professional arena, who have professional qualifications in all aspects of the theatre and people who just want to make the best theatre possible. We also have past members studying at a number of London drama acadamies and performing in the West End!
...and all of the above has just one aim - to make sure that you have a wonderful, entertaining, thought-provoking, moving, enjoyable, funny evenings entertainment.
HumDrum are not resting on their laurels either we've got even more spectacular and innovative theatre planned in 2009.
Stay tuned...
