Overview

A dark study of jealousy and obsession spanning forty years. Court composer Antonio Salieri confesses murder in a powerful and claustrophobic piece, where history and myth combine. Salieri presents to the audience his war with God ­waged through His chosen creature: Mozart, named Amadeus, beloved by God.
