Harvey
Elwood P Dowd and his best friend, Harvey, go everywhere together.
Elwood likes Harvey to socialise with his friends and family, but those who meet him are - to put it mildly - bewildered.
Harvey, you see, is a six-foot, three-and-a-half-inch rabbit.
Oh, and - of course - he's invisible.
Driven to distraction, Elwood's sister, Veta, concludes that action needs to be taken to save the family name and her own sanity. Elwood - and, so, the cursed Harvey - are committed to Doctor Chumley's sanatorium.
When Doctor Chumley reveals that medical science can permanently remove Harvey, Veta has a big decision to make...
HumDrum are pleased to bring Mary Chase's 1944 play, both gentle comedy and celebration of man's individuality, to The Spring this March.
